How We Source Our Inventory

Authenticity matters to collectors, so here is exactly how we work, and what we can and cannot tell you.

Where our inventory comes from

We buy through established wholesale suppliers and distributor relationships built up over years of selling collectibles. We keep a supplier record for the shipments we receive.

What we check

Orders are checked before they ship. We look at construction, tags, stitching, hardware and packaging, and compare them against what we would expect from a genuine piece from that brand.

What we do not claim

We do not describe ourselves as an authorized retailer or an official partner, and we do not claim that every item in our catalog is officially licensed. Those are specific classifications and we have not independently verified them across our full range. We would rather say that plainly than imply something we cannot evidence.

Loungefly, Disney, Sanrio, Universal Studios, Marvel, Star Wars, and other fandom and pop-culture brands.

Questions about a specific item

Ask us. We are happy to send extra photos of the actual item, including tags and packaging, before you order. If something you received does not look right, contact us with your order number and photos and we will look into it.
