We currently ship to 27 countries including the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Netherlands, Canada, Japan, Singapore, and more. If your country isn't listed at checkout, please contact us.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
  • Europe (DE, FR, NL, ES, IT, etc.): 8–16 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Asia-Pacific (JP, SG, HK, MY): 10–18 business days
  • Middle East (AE, IL): 10–20 business days

Pricing & Currency

Prices are displayed in your local currency at checkout. We use live exchange rates so you always see an accurate price. No surprise conversions at payment.


Duties, Taxes & Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates.

  • UK buyers: VAT and any applicable customs duties may apply on orders over £135.
  • EU buyers: VAT is collected at the point of sale for orders under €150 (IOSS). For orders over €150, customs duties may apply.
  • Australia buyers: GST may apply on orders over AUD $1,000.

Yes — shipping is calculated on your full order at checkout, so ordering multiple items together is the most cost-effective option.

All orders are packed securely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right.
